100TECH 16-158 ohms boat fuel gauge is designed for anyone building a custom dash or replacing their stock fuel level gauge. It connects directly to your vehicle's fuel level sensor and allows you to closely monitor the fuel level in your boat or vehicle.

Note:
1) This 100TECH 16-158 ohm fuel gauge only works with 16-158 ohm resistive level senders. Please confirm your sensor's resistance range before ordering.
2) It's suggested to hook up the new gauge and sensor on the bench first ! It allows you to easily test both gauge and sensor and configure them prior to reinstalling.

When powered up, needle swings from "E" to "F", then to where reading should be. That repeats precisely with every power up. Reading increments in steps (not continuous) when fuel level changes. Step changes are inherent with Reed Switch senders.
