① To prevent the sender from hitting the tank bottom, the sender length should be 1 inch less than the tank depth.
② The float diameter is 1.38" (35mm). If you need to drill a hole, a 1-1/2" (38mm) diameter hole is perfect.
③ The 100TECH sender outputs non-linear signals and only works with standard non-linear fuel gauges.
