30 Days No Hassle Returns & Exchanges Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we will issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order as long as there hasn’t been any damage.
Please email michelle_xia_7@126.com for instructions on how to return product for a full refund or exchange or maintain. Please insure your package since, unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive the package, one of our return specialists will check everything within 48 hours. As soon as our team finishes the inspection, you will receive a notification regarding the status of your return or exchange!
Some important notes about our policies:
All Sales are final 30 days after delivery, please contact us within that window to set up a return. When returning any 100TECH products, all merchandise must be in the original packaging and contain all of the included accessories. Missing accessories may result in a reduced credit.
Something really important to keep in mind is that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will refund you within 2-7 days after the refund is approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Customs Duty / Import Tax Policy:
For shipments from China, buyers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.
If you'd like us to adjust the declared value, feel free to ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please provide your Tax ID (if required by your country) after ordering. If needed, we’ll email you and wait for your reply before shipping.
